[Kratos] Kratos for structural simulation

Hi,

effectively I think we don't have any implementation of glue joints, at 
least in the StructuralMechanicsApplication. (remember that the 
structural_application is deprecated, and not officially supported 
anymore).

Right now I am working in a contact method for Kratos, and maybe you can 
use it for your research, but I am speaking of months of work.
