[Kratos] Changes in basic geometries Hexahedra and Tetrahedra

Hello everyone,

I've corrected the function DomainSize ( and Area ) of the Tetrahedral 
and Hexahedral geometries in Kratos.  Now they simply return back the 
Volume which is calculated through Gauss integration for all geometries 
except for the linear tetrahedra, which can be calculated with a closed 
analytical solution. The meaning of Area in these 3D geometries can be 
obviously discussed.
