[Kratos] Changes

Hi all,

I have done some changes, please review them:

1. Removed two BenchTemp.txt files
2. Added code to remove temporary benchmarking files
3. Tried to correct the problem of gidpostInt.cpp [SVN conflict marks inside C++ file]

Please let me know if these break anything.
